Условия покупки Копилочки Plus

1. Кто продаёт
Продавец: Aleksandr Romanov, физическое лицо, США. Реквизиты в разделе 11. Вопросы пиши на hello@kopilochka.com.
2. Что ты покупаешь
Копилочка Plus: доступ к платным функциям Копилочки на сайте kopilochka.com/go и в приложении для iPhone после входа той же почтой. Что входит в Plus, написано на экране покупки. Учёт трат и доходов, напоминания о сроках, резервная копия, синхронизация и Face ID входят в бесплатную версию, за них платить не нужно.
Копилочка: инструмент учёта и планирования, а не финансовая консультация. Решения о деньгах принимаешь ты.
3. Как заключается договор
Эта страница: публичная оферта. Договор заключён, когда оплата прошла. Для покупки нужен вход по почте: Plus привязывается к аккаунту. Если тебе меньше 18 лет, покупку оформляет родитель или опекун.

Рубли для карт российских банков, доллары для остальных. Валюту выбираешь на экране покупки. Оплату принимает сервис lava.top: данные карты вводятся на его странице и к нам не попадают. Комиссии твоего банка и разницу курсов мы не возмещаем.
5. Автопродление
Месяц и год: это подписки. Первый платёж проходит при покупке. Дальше та же сумма списывается автоматически в начале каждого следующего срока, пока ты не отменишь автопродление. Об изменении цены подписки предупредим заранее.
Если очередное списание не прошло, Plus работает до конца оплаченного срока, потом включается бесплатная версия. Данные остаются на месте.
6. Как отменить
Настройки, раздел «Копилочка Plus», кнопка «Отменить автопродление». Новых списаний не будет, Plus работает до конца оплаченного срока. Удаление аккаунта тоже отключает автопродление, но Plus пропадает сразу вместе с аккаунтом.
7. Навсегда
Один платёж, без подписки и автопродления. Plus действует, пока работает Копилочка.
8. Возврат
Если оплата прошла по ошибке или Plus не открылся, напиши на hello@kopilochka.com с почтой аккаунта. Полный возврат возможен в течение 14 дней с даты оплаты, по письму на эту почту.
После возврата оплаченный срок снимается, а покупка навсегда отменяется. Права, которые даёт закон твоей страны, эти условия не ограничивают.
9. Если что-то не работает
Мы исправляем сбои как можно быстрее, но не обещаем работу без перерывов: сервис зависит от интернета и сторонних служб. Копилочка не отвечает за решения, которые ты принимаешь на основе её расчётов.
10. Изменения условий
Новая редакция появляется на этой странице с новой датой. К покупке применяется редакция, действующая на дату оплаты.

Terms of purchase (English)
Version of November 5, 2026. For purchases on kopilochka.com. A purchase in the iPhone app goes through Apple and under Apple's terms.
1. Seller
Seller: Aleksandr Romanov, an individual, USA. Details are in section 11. Questions: hello@kopilochka.com.
2. What you buy
Kopilochka Plus: access to the paid features of Kopilochka on kopilochka.com/go and in the iPhone app after you sign in with the same email. The purchase screen lists what Plus includes. Expense and income tracking, deadline reminders, backup, sync and Face ID are part of the free version and need no payment.
Kopilochka is a tracking and planning tool, not financial advice. Money decisions are yours.
3. How the contract is made
This page is a public offer. The contract is made when the payment goes through. A purchase needs an email sign-in, because Plus is tied to the account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian makes the purchase.
4. Prices and payment

Rubles are for cards from Russian banks, dollars are for everyone else. You choose the currency on the purchase screen. Payment is taken by lava.top: card details are entered on its page and never reach us. We do not cover your bank's fees or exchange rate differences.
5. Auto-renewal
The monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions. The first payment is made at purchase. After that the same amount is charged automatically at the start of each new period until you turn off auto-renewal. We will warn you in advance about a change in the subscription price.
If a renewal charge fails, Plus works until the end of the paid period, then the free version takes over. Your data stays in place.
6. How to cancel
Settings, “Kopilochka Plus” section, “Turn off auto-renewal” button. There will be no new charges, and Plus works until the end of the paid period. Deleting the account also turns off auto-renewal, but Plus goes away at once with the account.
7. Lifetime
One payment, no subscription and no auto-renewal. Plus stays active for as long as Kopilochka operates.
8. Refunds
If a payment was made by mistake or Plus did not open, write to hello@kopilochka.com with your account email. A full refund is available within 14 days of the payment date if you email this address.
After a refund the paid period is removed, and a lifetime purchase is cancelled. These terms do not limit the rights the law of your country gives you.
9. If something does not work
We fix failures as fast as we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted service: it depends on the internet and third-party services. Kopilochka is not responsible for decisions you make based on its calculations.
10. Changes to these terms
A new version appears on this page with a new date. A purchase is governed by the version in force on the payment date.
